Commission Terms of Service

    • If something is outside my skill level, makes me uncomfortable, or you are rude/disrespectful/inappropriate/uncommunicative in interactions, I reserve the right to decline your commission. This also includes cancelling a commission part-way through for similar reasons.

    • I prefer not to draw from written description alone, when requesting a commission please provide images for me to reference. This can be a character ref or images of your character that I can go off of.

      • If you do not have images of your character additional charges will apply for designing your character for you based on written description or inspirational images. Additional charge will vary depending on complexity of character.

    • You are allowed to post your commissioned piece anywhere, as long as I am given proper credit and you are not claiming to have made it yourself.

    • All commissions are for non-commercial use only, unless given direct permission by me (Corvlin).

      • You are allowed to print your commission for yourself, such as like a print for your wall or a shirt or button for yourself.

      • If you want to use your commissioned piece to make merch/products to sell, or that is what the piece is intended for from the very beginning, please discuss it with me beforehand.

    • While I do not necessarily have a set amount of revisions I am willing to do, if requests for revisions become excessive/unreasonable I reserve the right to deny them, for the sake of my time and mental health.

    • Payment will primarily be done through PayPal invoice, please wait until I send you an invoice before you pay. With the exception of any previously made arrangements discussed beforehand.

    • Payment in full is preferred , but I will accept half the amount at the time of commissioning if that’s all you can do. I will not start the commission until at least half of the owed amount is paid, and no unwatermarked images will be sent until fully paid.

    • If you need to cancel your commission please let me know as soon as possible. Some charges may still apply depending on how much work has been put into the commission at the time of the cancellation request, with the rest being refunded to you along with the incomplete artwork.

    • Commissions can take anywhere from a couple weeks to several months depending on complexity and how busy my IRL life is. I have a full-time job so while I do have free time I cannot solely dedicate it to drawing.

    • Deadlines are more than okay and can be added, given it is within a reasonable amount of time (Ex. a deadline 1 day away from the time of commissioning is unreasonable, 1-2 weeks is reasonable).

    • If your commission needs a deadline please inform me at the time of commissioning.

    • I send frequent updates when making progress on your commission but requesting updates to see how progress is going is more than okay.
